Our signature roasted green tea from Uji, Kyoto — Japan's most renowned tea region. Hōjicha is made by gently roasting green tea leaves over charcoal, creating a warm, caramel sweetness with toasty undertones. The roasting process naturally reduces caffeine, making it perfect for any time of day.- Low caffeine- Warm, caramel notes- No additives Brewing: 1 tsp per cup, 90°C water, steep 30 seconds.

How to make

Hōjicha Latte Best with cold whisk with your favourite milk. Use 1.5 tsp (3-4 g) per 120-150 ml milk. Suggested uses: lattes, desserts (tiramisu)
